Released on Human Rights Day 2021, ‘RAS’ is taken from Bettie’s upcoming EP which will be released in February 2022.

Human Rights Day is used to promote respect for human rights and human dignity as the foundation of freedom, justice and peace in the world. This year, the theme is “All Human, All Equal” and this is Bettie’s contribution.

RAS (Refugees, Asylum Seekers) tells the story of someone very dear to her heart who she considers herself lucky enough to call a friend.

Refugees and people seeking sanctuary make up 0.3% of the UK’s population.
